Shipping and Handling

SG Works products are shipped via USPS Ground for your convenience. Deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. With the exception of our introductory offer, please allow 70-90 business days for deliveries. For the introductory offer, an email will be sent to notify you of tracking number once we process your order.

Warranty/Returns

SG Works is devoted to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product, call to be issued an RMA and return your kit within 30 days of receipt.  For items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defects or wrong item, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied as well as return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.  Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee. We do reserve the right to evaluate returns to determine if a refund or exchange will be issued. It is our goal to make transactions as easy as possible, call toll free 1-877-453-5806 if you have any questions, concerns or to receive an RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse service.
