I want to  say thank you for such a wonderful kit.  I was beginning to think that it was not going to happen, but it  did.  I am very impressed by your quick deliver which says a lot about your company.  You can be sure I will tell others about this.  Again thank you.

I just got my kit today. I have to say, you did an outstanding job. I am an engineer, seasoned at that, and it really shows the detail and work that you put into this. It was well worth the wait. I now have a bullpup at a fraction of the cost. It is all about the fun! Hands down, from what I have seen online and in the mags, the best out there. You have won me over and I will recommend your bullpup kit to all of my friends and shooting acquaintances. Again, bravo! From design to production, a great team, and it shows in the quality.

Pretty cool!!!
My Chinese SKS required some minor modifications to the trigger bar housing.  I had to use a Dremel tool to remove some stock where the SKS trigger assembly is located.  My assembly is pinned and the pins hung up on the stock.  I also had to use the Dremel to remove some of the rear rest where the SKS trigger group leaf spring sits.  The stock was a little high and the trigger group assembly would not seat (lock in place). Other than having to watch the video a few times, it went together like a piece of cake!!
Definitely worth the wait.  I hope to practice with my new configuration later next week.
Many thanks!

I like the BP lot, it was a tat lighter than my shortie, plus it was nice and had a real firm feel to it, I love my shortie, ( maybe because I am used to her) 4000+ rds later, she handles real good, but the bullpup,, its feels really good in your hand, its like holding a large pistol, rather than a rifle… I dont know how to explain it, it has a different feeling to it, I can tell you this much, the trigger felt much smoother, and the entire thing feels easier to handle, ( even with the YUGO on it), It would be even more wicked if a para was in it ( I think)… It is definetly feels better than my sons Bullpup AK..( He has a WASR Century Arms AK Bullpup that I bought for him from J&G sales 4 months ago) and I am glad I waited for the SGW bullpup, because I like it better… Hope this helps…

“I received your kit and have successfully installed it. The installation was – a bit challenging – but rewarding.
Very nice design by the way. I am sure the challenge of getting it to market has been …. Well … instructive”

I really like the look and feel of your product, and as you can see from the pics I included, I topped it off with AR style sights.

Thanks for the help. I got everything functional last night. I used the drill to remove most of the material at the reinforcement and then finished with a small file and sandpaper. No side cutting with the drill bits needed. I did have to rebend the trigger wire but it looks to be Ok. Right now I don’t see a need for any new parts but if you guys haven’t sent out the front tri-rail mount you can include a new trigger wire just in case this one does break in the future. That’s the only piece that I concerns me.

Feedback on Install:

I have a ’51 Tula and this kit needed very little customizing in order to fit properly. The hardest part of this kit was removing my rear sight. It was pinned and a major PITA to remove. I broke my best screwdriver and several allen keys trying to get it out. The solution was using Compound W’s “Freeze Off”. A few squirts and the pin punched right out. The stock retainer guide needed a tiny bit removed in order to fit nice and snug. The rear barrel support needed no adjustments whatsoever. The only other thing I altered was the rear indent on the main housing for the trigger group. The trigger group would not go down far enough to lock in the leaf spring. I used a small flat file to remove about 1/16″ inch allowing the indent for the rear rounded portion of the trigger group to seat lower in the housing. If this doesn’t make sense or you you further clarification let me know. I can send you a pic or 2 to better explain.

Thanks again for keeping the dream alive and delivering a very nice bull pup kit!

Hi,
I found the youtube videos and they ran much smoother. The gun is assembled now. I have to find where I put helo-sight I’ve been saving for this project since Xmas last, do a bit of bore sighting, and I’m off to the range.
I had to file the wood on the front of the hand guard, but also do a bit of relieving at the back end. The two round bumps on the part that used to hold the rear sight on my Yugo, had about 1/16″ interference with the hand guard plastic on either side. A little work with the dremel drum sander fixed that.
In the instructions you did not say anything about the original Yugo safety. I puzzled on this then decided to leave it on, and everything worked out OK.
I hope you find these comments useful.
